In Bangalore, five persons work to support our local partners.

In France, the members of the OFI office are all volunteers and actively contribute their skills to develop the actions of the association and support the field team.

Benjamine OBEROÏ

Founder of OFI

30 years ago, and after completing her doctorate in education, Benjamine chose to live in Bangalore. Recognized by international donors as a consultant in sustainable development, Benjamine offers her field expertise for the collaborative work of project formalization of partner NGOs.

Administrative Manager

Krishna Prasad joined the ranks of OFI in March 2018. A graduate of the University of Bangalore in Computer Operations and Software, he is responsible for everything related to IT at OFI. He manages all the local administrative part as well as the animation of social networks and accounting.

Jimmy Cherian

Program Director

A former IT Executive, Jimmy joined OFI in Oct 2021 and is responsible for Fund Generation, Project Conceptualization, Coaching NGOs, Planning, Monitoring and Reporting all the projects. Jimmy is well versed with the Social Development Sector in India and has extensive experience on various Social programs covering Skill Development, Rural Development & Sustainability. Jimmy lives in Bangalore, India. 

Emmanuel Arokiaraj. A

Project Coordinator

Emmanuel has been passionately involved in community development for over 16 years, with significant experience in North Karnataka and Central India. Currently pursuing his final year of Master of Social Work (MSW), he is committed to reaching marginalized communities and facilitating meaningful change in their lives. He strives to empower the underprivileged and contribute to sustainable transformation.

Karen Mascarenhas

Project Coordinator

Joined the OFI team in the beginning of 2023 as Project Coordinator. She has a master’s degree in social work from the School of Social Work, Mangalore University, and a degree in Sociology from Delhi University. Presently handling the ‘Women Empowerment' initiatives and projects of OFI.

Watershed Program Officer

With training as a statistician and data analyst, he optimizes the renovation and construction of water reservoirs. Pascal has been working with Indian high tech industries for 20 years. He lived in Bangalore which gave him the opportunity to discover this impressive country.

Responsible for civic services

A former entrepreneur, Michel lived and worked for many years in India, in Bangalore. He is now in charge of relations with the civic service agency and of training new volunteers before departure.

Head of companies, Stéphanie is at the crossroads of all the information of the association. She is also in charge of communication.

Elizabeth WALTON

Elizabeth

WALTON

30 years after graduating from ESCP, Elizabeth now works as a supply chain manager for IBM. Involved since 2002 for the methodological support of partner NGOs, it combines its managerial and methodological skills for the smooth running of the projects carried out.

Delphine joined OFI in 2021 and is in charge of Women Self Help Group, Women empowerment and Sustainable Devlopment projects.
